Mr. DiJoseph is of counsel to Gash & Associates, where his research, analytical, writing, practical skills and experience as a seasoned litigator and trial attorney, is invaluable to our firm and to our clients.

Mr. DiJoseph graduated from Dickinson College in 1980 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. He graduated from Touro Law School in 1983. He was admitted to practice before the Courts of the State of New York in 1984, along with the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York, in the same year. Mr. DiJoseph has also been admitted to practice before the Second Circuit Court of Appeals since 1986.

Mr. DiJoseph has litigated hundreds of personal injury cases, including various types of motor vehicle accidents and injuries that occurred on private or public property. He also has taken on cases involving medical malpractice, product liability, construction accidents, exposure to toxic or hazardous materials, as well as defective medical devices and pharmaceutical products.

Mr. DiJoseph is one of the most highly regarded appellate lawyers in the State of New York. He has handled hundreds of state and federal appeals on behalf of clients. Because of his breath of experience, Mr. DiJoseph frequently assists our firm in the development of legal strategies and theories during all stages of litigation, from prior to commencement through appeal and judgment enforcement.
