Gary Mitchel Gash, Esq.
Gary is a highly accomplished personal injury, criminal defense, and family law attorney who has served the residents of New York and New Jersey for over three decades. As the founding member of Gash & Associates, P.C., he has achieved numerous multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements in the area of personal injury alone. Gary shares his life with his wife, Jocelyn, and their two children, Jacob and Sarah. He enjoys playing tennis both recreationally and competitively, and can often be found enjoying the ski slopes with his whole family.

Thomas A. Agoglia, Esq.
Thomas practices law in the areas of personal injury, medical malpractice, wills and trusts, and occasionally real estate. Louis Anthony Badolato, Esq.
Louis quickly made a name for himself after law school for his exceptional skill in legal research. He worked his way into the prestigious position of legal clerk for two United States District Court Judges. His specialty is in personal injury and appellate law, and he has argued and won in hundreds of cases where appealing to a higher court was necessary for his client. There have been five times when Louis has argued for his clients’ benefit against the New York Court of Appeals, which is the highest court in the state. Louis won all five cases.
Mr. Badolato is a counsel of Gash & Associates and an elected official in the village of Roslyn Harbor. He is also the author of four published nonfiction books.

Brian J Isaac, Esq.
Brian is a distinguished appellate lawyer, and currently a partner in the law firm of Pollack, Pollack, Isaac & DeCicco located in New York City. He obtained his undergraduate degree from Brandeis University in 1981 and graduated from Brooklyn Law School in 1984 with honors. Gash & Associates, P.C. is delighted to be affiliated with Mr. Isaac, who specializes in appeals arising from personal injury litigation. His extensive knowledge and experience in Appellate Practice are employed by our firm in protecting the rights of our clients, whether it be initiating or defending an appeal while representing them. John T. LoForese, Esq
Based in Greenwich, Connecticut, John holds memberships in the State and Federal bar in Connecticut, as well as being admitted in New York State. He graduated magna cum laude from Manhattan College and obtained his law degree from St. John’s University School of Law in 1984. He serves as counsel to Gash & Associates, P.C.
Guy M. Magnusson
Having earned his JD from Hofstra University School of Law in 1980 and gaining admission to the New Jersey Bar and the United States District Court in 1981, Guy brings extensive trial experience to the defense of commercial and personal line insureds. His specialties include product liability, construction, premises liability, auto, U/M, UIM, and insurance coverage matters. Mr. Magnusson has also been appointed as a court arbitrator in Essex, Morris, and Sussex counties, with one of his reported decisions being Vega v. Standard Machinery Co. of Auburn, Rhode Island, 290 N.J. Super. 434 (App. Div. 1995).

Jared Rotbard, Esq.
Admitted to the practice of law in 1994, Jerold brings his Bachelor of Science degree from SUNY Binghamton and his J.D. from Pace University School of Law to bear in his practice, which focuses primarily on Bankruptcy, Family Law, Estate Litigation, Personal Injury, and Appeals.
